AT&T is seeking a bilingual Spanish-speaking Business Sales Representative for Territory Accounts in the Saint Louis/Kirkwood area. You will identify local opportunities, meet business owners, and present AT&T solutions across wireless, internet, and cybersecurity.

A strong pipeline and field-to-office collaboration are essential. You will spend significant time in the field visiting businesses, while also coordinating with your office team to maintain an active CRM, qualify prospects, and close

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of quota carrying outside acquisition sales experience.
• Demonstrated ability to acquire new business and build a pipeline.
• Fluency in Spanish required and comfortable with field and office work.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined local territory and drive new business with SMBs.
• Prospect with cold calls, door knocks, emails and referrals.
• Set appointments and advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
• Manage full sales process from discovery to close and handoff.
• Maintain CRM activity and forecast updates in Salesforce.
