Job summary

AT&T is hiring Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, home-based experiences. You will meet with customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close sales with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments.

Training starts promptly to enable independent field work with ongoing coaching to stay ahead in tech solutions. Ideal candidates have commission sales experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission-based sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Proven success in meeting or surpassing sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling to increase customer value.
• Strong verbal communication skills and ability to build rapport quickly.
• Valid driver's license; company vehicle provided for business use.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a field sales role at scheduled appointments.
• Close deals by presenting hands-on demos and services.
• Provide Wi-Fi assessments and tech delivery to customers.
• Offer issue resolutions to keep customers connected and satisfied.
• Attend paid training and ongoing coaching to stay tech-savvy.
