Compensation

• Base salary range $41,800 - $53,530 (may vary by geography, experience, education/training).
• Uncapped commission potential ranging from $20,000 to $100,000, enabling top earners to reach $100,000+.
• Salary and commission depend on meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Responsibilities

• You’ll be the face and voice of AT&T to your customers, working independently to deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments.
• You’ll close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery, and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Provide coaching and mentoring to new team members as needed, staying tech‑savvy.
• Engage existing customers daily using provided scheduled appointments for warm prospects.
• Use strong negotiation and communication skills to pivot smoothly and achieve sales targets.
