AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized, white-glove experiences in customers’ homes. Earn uncapped commission with top earners potentially reaching $100,000, and a starting range between $61,800 and $100,000 depending on geography and experience.

You will engage customers, provide hands-on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, and ensure seamless tech delivery. Training starts immediately, and you’ll work in the field with scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Willingness to work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful background check including drug screening and driving record.
