Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license and be ready to drive, company vehicle provided.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers, delivering personalized in‑home sales interactions.
• Close deals by offering hands‑on demos, Wi‑Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Attend paid training and engage in coaching, mentoring, and ongoing learning.
• Connect with existing customers daily via scheduled appointments to engage warm prospects.
• Use negotiation and communication skills to pivot and close sales effectively.
