Job summary

AT&T is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver customized, white-glove experiences in customers' homes across Florida. You will engage with warm prospects, conduct in-home demos, and close sales with hands-on WIFI assessments and tech delivery, while earning uncapped commissions and a competitive starting salary.

New reps receive paid training, ongoing coaching, and opportunities to grow within a nationwide sales network.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated success in commission sales and achieving sales targets
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly
• Maintain a valid driver's license - be ready to drive, as a company vehicle is provided for official business use only
• Work a varied schedule designed to meet customers on their timeline - evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled customer appointments in the home.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions to keep customers connected.
• Engage with warm prospects through provided appointments and employ strong negotiation and communication skills to close sales.
