Job summary

AT&T in Napa, CA is seeking Field Sales Representatives to deliver personalized in-home experiences. You will meet customers at scheduled appointments, demonstrate products, and close deals with hands-on demos and Wi-Fi assessments. This role offers uncapped commissions and potential to reach six figures.

Paid training and ongoing coaching accompany a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to help you meet sales targets while staying customer-focused and tech-savvy.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of commission sales and outside sales experience highly preferred.
• Proven success in commission sales and achieving sales targets.
• Proficient in upselling techniques that enhance customer value and satisfaction.
• Strong verbal communication skills with an ability to build rapport quickly.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license—company vehicle provided for official business use only.
• Work a varied schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Employment contingent upon successful completion of a background check, including drug screening, criminal history, and motor vehicle record.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized sales interactions at scheduled appointments in customers' homes.
• Close deals by offering hands-on demos, Wi-Fi assessments, tech delivery and issue resolutions.
• Be the face and voice of AT&T to customers in the field, driving satisfaction and retention.
