The ideal candidate has 2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation, strong drafting skills, and proficiency in NY procedures and case management software.

Qualifikationen

• Two years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal).
• Knowledge of New York court procedures and e-filing systems.
• Strong drafting skills for pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
• Proficiency with case management software and MS Office.

Aufgaben

• Assist attorneys in all phases of personal injury litigation, from intake through trial preparation.
• Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients, providing updates and gathering information.
• Draft and review pleadings, motions, discovery requests, and demand letters.
• Manage and organize case files, medical records, and evidence documentation.
• Coordinate with medical providers, experts, and third-party vendors on behalf of clients.
