Responsibilities

• Research and draft complaints for personal injury claims from motor-vehicle accidents, premises liability, product liability, malpractice, assault, and other claims.
• Prepare orders to show cause; perform motion work including default, vacate, renew, reargue, and other filings.
• Draft demands, interrogatories, notices to admit, subpoenas, and other pretrial documents.
• Prepare for mediation, trial, arbitration; coordinate witnesses, exhibits, and jury instructions.
• Manage cases in PACER, NYSCEF, eCourt, Google tools, LexisNexis; maintain calendars and deadlines.
• Notary Public duties as needed.
