Proner and Proner in New York, NY, seeks a talented bilingual (Spanish/English) Litigation Paralegal to join our personal injury team. You will support attorneys through all phases of litigation, from intake to trial prep, while maintaining strong client communication with Spanish-speaking clients.

The role requires 2+ years of paralegal experience in PI or civil litigation, familiarity with NY court procedures and e-filing, and solid drafting and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Fluency in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• 2+ years of paralegal experience in personal injury or civil litigation.
• Familiarity with New York court procedures, e-filing systems, and litigation timelines.
• Strong drafting skills for legal correspondence, pleadings, and discovery documents.
• Proficiency in legal case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Paralegal certificate or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in Paralegal Studies preferred.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Compassionate communicator with a client-first mindset.
