Qualifications

• Able to obtain Life & Health license.
• Self-motivated and detail oriented; works well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and greet clients.

• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service; handle inquiries about insurance availability, coverage, changes, transfers, claims, and billing.
• Educate customers about insurance options using a customer-focused, needs-based approach.
