AT&T in Miami, Florida is seeking a full-time Premier Service Consultant who is fluent in English and Spanish. You will be the voice of AT&T, delivering exceptional customer service while introducing the latest technology and offers.

This hybrid-remote role requires reporting to the Miami location 3-4 days a week and working remotely 1-2 days. You’ll handle inquiries, upsell, resolve billing issues, and contribute to customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish; capable of handling bilingual conversations.
• Experience in customer service or call center preferred.
• Ability to upsell and explain bills clearly.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to reach sales targets and commissions.
• Accurately resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
• Explain bills and product features clearly.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and seek higher support when needed.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues.
