AT&T is seeking a Premier Service Consultant in Miami, fluent in English and Spanish, to handle customer interactions across calls, chats, and emails. You will upsell, resolve billing issues, and explain products while working a hybrid schedule (3–4 days in center, 1–2 remote) and earning hourly pay plus commissions.

Weekends and overtime may be required. This role offers paid training, a strong focus on customer excellence, and opportunities to grow within a major tech and communications

Qualifications

• Fluent bilingual English/Spanish required for conversations in both languages.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to resolve issues and explain bills clearly.
• Hybrid-remote role with flexible scheduling and in-office presence up to 3–4 days weekly at the Miami location.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer interactions via calls, chats, and emails in a fast-paced environment.
• Identify upselling opportunities and close deals to meet sales and commission targets.
• Resolve issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections with accuracy and empathy.
• Explain bills and product features clearly to customers to improve understanding.
• Troubleshoot basic problems and escalate to higher support when needed.
• Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues and providing excellent service.
