Job summary

AT&T is recruiting for a part-time Retail Sales Consultant in Miami. You’ll engage customers with a consultative approach, present AT&T products, and work toward sales targets with uncapped commissions. If bilingual, starting pay may be higher.

You’ll handle events, online orders and outbound calls, with a schedule from 9am to 9pm, including weekends. Previous retail experience helps, and training will be provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
• Ability to meet or exceed sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through options.
• Engage in community events, fill online orders and make outbound calls.
• Work a 9:00–21:00 schedule including weekends; receive seniority-based schedules 2 weeks in advance.
• Be adaptable in a fast-paced environment to evolving technology and customer needs.
• Supported with tools, training and coaching to achieve goals.
