Job summary

SPECTRAFORCE is seeking a Recruitment Sourcing Coordinator to identify and attract candidates for various roles. You will manage ATS tasks, source candidates from job boards and referrals, and respond to general inquiries, ensuring timely candidate engagement.

You will collaborate with the recruitment team, screen profiles for key competencies, coordinate outreach in English and Spanish, and help build passive candidate pipelines for future hiring needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum one year of relevant professional experience in customer service or related field.
• Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and other Microsoft Office applications.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish with ability to engage diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates for open positions using job boards, referrals, and external contacts.
• Assist with managing the main recruitment inbox and respond to inquiries about applications and timelines.
• Answer calls and check recruitment voicemail; respond promptly.
• Reach out to passive candidates and referrals, gauge interest, and schedule follow-up with recruiters.
• Review candidate profiles for key competencies to support initial screening.
