Roth Staffing is seeking a Mid-level Solution Business Analyst for an onsite role in Plano, TX. The position focuses on CR2 and MMS service operations, billing management, and feasibility analysis to support enterprise mobility and workspace solutions.

The ideal candidate has 4–6+ years of experience in related fields and bilingual English/Korean abilities to collaborate with HQ and global teams. This 12-month contract offers an hourly rate of $35–$39 and requires onsite presence in Plano.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• 4–6+ years in solution business operations or IT service management.
• Experience with billing operations and financial reconciliation.
• Strong understanding of enterprise IT services and mobility solutions.
• Experience in business proposal creation and service expansion planning.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong analytical and cross-functional coordination skills.
• Bilingual preferred (English and Korean).

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operation and business support for CR2 and MMS.
• Manage billing operations, including monthly usage validation, invoice review, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Develop business proposals for new opportunities related to mobility and workspace management.
• Conduct feasibility reviews, including cost modeling, ROI analysis, and operational impact assessment.
• Collaborate with engineering, system operation, and product teams to enhance service performance and customer satisfaction.
• Analyze customer requirements and market trends to identify new service opportunities and feature enhancements.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to drive solution adoption.
• Prepare and maintain business documentation, including proposals, operational SOPs, billing guides, and executive reports.
• Monitor competitive landscape and contribute to strategic positioning of CR2/MMS within enterprise IT service offerings.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure alignment across service operation, finance, and business development.
