Job summary

Qualifications

• The Social Service Specialist must have a Bachelor’s degree and relevant licensure as described.
• Knowledge of growth and development across the life span and related needs.
• Experience working with underserved populations and substance use or crisis situations.

Responsibilities

• Perform initial screening and integrated psychosocial assessment.
• Develop intervention plans and provide brief treatment toward care plans.
• Refer to services, advocate for clients, and coordinate with MSS team.
• Maintain documentation and ensure compliance with regulations.
