Arab Resource and Organizing Center in San Francisco seeks a Full Time Social Services Associate to support low-income Arab immigrants through outreach, Know Your Rights information, intake, referrals, and case management.

You will handle grant reporting and administrative tasks, coordinate with legal services, and track outreach efforts. Bilingual Arabic/English required; strong commitment to social justice and immigrant rights is essential.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Arabic and English; strong proficiency required.
• At least two years of community organizing with communities of color.
• Familiarity with San Francisco County and surrounding region preferred.
• Commitment to social, racial and economic justice and immigrant rights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and reliable.

Responsabilités

• Conduct outreach and service connection for low-income Arab immigrants.
• Assist intake, assessment, referrals, and case management follow-up.
• Document client interactions and monitor progress in the database.
• Coordinate with legal services on supplies and administrative tasks.
• Track outreach efforts and report on grants and contracts.
