Sunrise Smiles Dentistry in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a full-time Social Media Content + Patient Experience Manager to grow our online presence and elevate the day-to-day patient experience across three locations. You'll craft engaging content for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube, film on-site, edit videos, and organize in-office touchpoints to welcome and support patients at every visit.

Qualificações

• Active social media presence or portfolio available for review.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• Experience creating and editing short- and long-form video content.
• Comfort with cameras, basic lighting, and on-site filming.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.

Responsabilidades

• Create engaging content for office and doctor accounts on Instagram, TikTok, YouTube.
• Film on-site with clear audio/visuals aligned to brand guidelines.
• Edit/format videos and graphics for each platform with consistent quality.
• Plan and publish content on a regular schedule across platforms.
• Improve patient experience touchpoints across locations for a welcoming visit.
• Assist with merch drops and coordinated distribution during releases.
• Ensure forms/consents are available in the proper languages.
• Stock patient comfort items and organize smile stations.
• Represent the brand at community activations and outreach events.
• Maintain organized content assets and location readiness.
