Social Media Content + Patient Experience Manager

About the Role

Sunrise Smiles Dentistry is seeking a full-time Social Media Content + Patient Experience Manager to help grow our presence online while elevating the day-to-day patient experience. We are a growing private practice with three locations. You’ll create engaging content for our office and doctor accounts across platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube - then ensure patients feel welcomed, supported, and well-prepared at every touch point.

Success in this role looks like consistent, high-quality social content that reflects our brand voice and values, paired with a thoughtfully organized in-office experience (from bilingual forms and consents to smile stations and patient comfort items). You’ll also represent Sunrise Smiles Dentistry at select activations outside the office to connect with new patients.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Develop fresh, audience-friendly social media content ideas for office and doctor accounts across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and additional platforms as needed.
• Film social media content on-site, capturing clear audio and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
• Edit and format videos and graphics for each platform, ensuring consistent posting quality and strong engagement.
• Plan and publish content on a regular schedule, maintaining an active and engaging online presence.
• Improve and manage patient experience touch points across locations, ensuring a welcoming, organized flow for each visit.
• Assist with merch drops by coordinating needed materials and supporting smooth distribution during scheduled releases.
• Ensure required forms and consents are available at each location and provided in the proper languages.
• Purchase, stock, and maintain patient comfort items (e.g., fidget items, blankets, pillows) to support a calm, positive visit.
• Organize and maintain “smile stations” stocked with patient-friendly items to enhance comfort and engagement.
• Support brand representation at select activations outside the office to meet and market to new patients.
• Maintain organized systems for content assets, patient experience supplies, and location readiness.

Requirements

• Active social media presence or a portfolio/history of content you can share and have reviewed.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English (spoken and written) to support patient-facing materials.
• Some knowledge in dental is preferred.
• Experience creating and editing short-form and long-form video content (examples welcome).
• Comfort working with cameras, basic lighting, and on-site filming in a professional manner.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across content creation and patient experience operations.
• Strong attention to detail to ensure forms/consents, supplies, and patient stations are accurate and fully stocked.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
• Ability to represent the brand confidently at community activations and outreach events.
• Reliable organization and follow-through to maintain consistent posting and location readiness.
