Smiles+Grins Pediatric Dentistry in New York City is seeking a creative Social Media Manager to produce engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, and more. You’ll film, edit, and publish posts and reels, while building authentic moments from our pediatric practice.

You’ll manage our social presence, reach out to local families and organizations, and collaborate with the team to grow awareness through fun, educational campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish at least 3 high-quality posts per week across platforms (Instagram Reels, TikTok, etc.).
• Develop informative and engaging pediatric dental content.
• Actively managing our social media presence and engagement with local families, community organizations, and businesses.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute creative campaigns and outreach.

We’re looking for a highly creative, outgoing, and confident Social Media Manager to bring fresh energy and exciting ideas to our pediatric dental practice! The ideal candidate loves creating engaging content, including Instagram Reels, TikToks, patient and team interviews, professional educational content, and fun, interactive social media campaigns. You should be comfortable approaching parents, patients, and staff, obtaining appropriate consent, and capturing authentic moments that showcase our practice. We’re looking for a self-starter with a strong creative vision who can independently brainstorm, plan, film, and execute unique content ideas. Responsibilities include creating and publishing at least 3 high-quality posts per week, developing informative and engaging pediatric dental content, actively managing our social media presence, and building relationships with local families, community organizations, and businesses through creative collaborations and outreach.

Schedule: Part-time, hybrid position — on-site every Wednesday and one Saturday per month at our NYC practice, with remote flexibility for the remaining workdays.
