If you are a bilingual Spanish speaker with a passion for connecting with customers through modern social media platforms, we want you on our team! As a Bilingual Social Media Customer Support Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional support, resolving issues, and offering products and services that fit our customers' needs.

You will represent one of the nation's largest brands while handling inbound inquiries through social media, providing solutions, and recognizing upselling opportunities.

Key Role Responsibilities

  • Deliver outstanding customer service by responding to inquiries, offering product knowledge, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns with empathy and efficiency.
  • Identify sales opportunities and proactively recommend solutions that meet customer requirements.
  • Process orders, update customer accounts, and ensure that all records are accurate in our internal systems.
  • Efficiently multitask between customer interactions and navigating various systems.

Key Qualifications

  • Proficient in both English and Spanish with strong bilingual communication skills.

  • Availability for 12 weeks of paid training with consistent 8-hour shifts.
  • Commitment to full-time work, including weekends and holidays.
  • Must pass background screening and have a GED or High School Diploma; legally eligible to work in the United States.

Your Remote Work Requirements :

  • Cable or Fiber Internet Service only (no dial-up, DSL, satellite or cellular).
  • Ping Rate must be less than 100 ms.
  • A dedicated workspace free from noise and distractions.
  • Ability to appear on webcam during working hours.
