Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Manage a column of in-person patients each day, with communication before, during, and after appointments.
• Adhere to standard of care set by Medical Director.
• Establish a relationship with patients to ensure continuity of care.
• Complete clinical tasks such as vitals, intra-oral scans, and photos.
• Educate patients on treatment options and plans.
• Troubleshoot treatment plans during post-care appointments.
• Assist providers with patient pass-offs and coordination.
• Send lab orders with documentation when needed.
• Document thorough notes and maintain patient charts timely.
