Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a Bilingual Site Supervisor in Foster City, CA to safely coordinate activities within the assigned program, including employees and temporary staff. The role involves inspecting areas and equipment to ensure OSHA and sanitation compliance, and leading training and performance improvement.

Responsibilities include supervising daily tasks, preparing reports, maintaining inventory, and ensuring proper PPE use.

Qualifications

Six months to one year related experience and/or training.
High school diploma or GED; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
May be required to have a valid driver’s license; forklift certification may be required.

Responsibilities

Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommend training and discipline.
Prepare written reports such as pass-down, weekly, or monthly.
Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
Track supplies and maintain inventory.
Monitor employees for proper use of personal protective equipment to assure safety compliance.
Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
Correct at‑risk behavior immediately and report to manager immediately.
Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
Maintain records such as training, inspections, attendance, and metric data.
