Job summary

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) seeks a Shuttle Driver to support patient transportation across San Diego’s North County sites. You will operate shuttle vehicles between VCC locations, ensuring safety, efficiency and a positive customer-focused experience for riders.

The role requires a High school diploma, valid California driver’s license, clean driving record for 3+ years, CPR certification, and bilingual English/Spanish.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Valid California driver's license and auto insurance.
• Clean driving record for at least 3 years.
• CPR certification required.
• Must complete initial training program.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles between Vista Community Clinic and local sites.
• Transport patients safely and courteously.
• Provide courier services between clinic sites.
• Assist riders with mounting/dismounting and child safety seats.
• Maintain transportation schedules.
• Submit monthly transportation logs.
• Ensure vehicle maintenance and address issues promptly.
• Enforce no eating, drinking, or smoking in vans.
• Submit vehicle inspection reports.
