Job summary

The ROADS Foundation, Inc. seeks a CDL driver to transport patients in Compton/LA area, including shuttle and mobile units. Must hold a CDL with passenger endorsement and maintain a clean driving record. Bilingual Spanish is preferred to assist a diverse patient population.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
• Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) required.
• Spanish language skills preferred for communication with patients.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport patients using company vehicles, including shuttle and mobile units.
• Maintain clear communication with the transportation coordinator regarding schedule and instructions.
• Perform daily pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and ensure shuttle/mobile units are clean and operable.
• Operate vehicles in compliance with traffic laws, company policies, and regulations.
• Report vehicle malfunctions, accidents, or incidents per guidelines.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
