Job summary

Vista Community Clinic (VCC) seeks a shuttle driver to transport patients between clinic sites in San Diego’s North County area. You will ensure safe, courteous service and maintain accurate schedules and records.

The role requires a high school diploma, a valid California driver’s license, CPR certification, and a clean driving record. Bilingual English/Spanish is essential; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Valid California driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Clean driving record for a minimum period of three years prior to hire; must maintain clean driving record throughout employment.
• Current CPR certification.
• Must successfully complete initial training program.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles between Vista Community Clinic sites in San Diego’s North County area.
• Transport patients and clients safely and professionally.
• May provide courier services between clinic sites.
• Assist riders in mounting and dismounting vehicle and securing seats.
• Maintain transportation schedules and submit logs monthly.
• Ensure regular vehicle maintenance and address issues promptly.
