Openwork is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Coordinator in Houston, TX to manage daily inbound and outbound shipments and ensure accurate order processing. The role requires coordination with drivers and warehouse personnel and maintaining proper shipping documentation.

Qualified candidates have 3+ years in shipping/receiving, strong attention to detail, and bilingual English/Spanish communication skills. This is a full-time, temp-to-hire position with occasional overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of shipping and receiving, warehouse logistics, or related experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily shipping and receiving activities.
• Check in drivers and verify required paperwork.
• Process inbound and outbound shipments and update records.
• Prepare and verify shipping documents and orders in the WMS.
• Schedule pickups with trucking companies and communicate shipment status.
