Job summary

Elite Staffing Inc. is seeking a Bilingual Shipping Manager to lead the shipping department in Mesquite, TX. The role requires coordinating activities to meet daily production schedules and to drive efficiency.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in shipping/3PL, strong organizational skills, and MRP understanding. This is a full-time position with a generous benefits package and regular weekday hours, plus overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in shipping, 3PL or production environment.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage several projects simultaneously.
• Ability to read and understand MRP is helpful.
• Understands monthly revenue targets / daily run rates.
• Communicates to team effectively to achieve monthly goals for the business.
• Experience with handling 500 shipping orders per day, preferred.
• Must be adept at handling pressure in various customer and carrier situations and working well under deadlines.

Education/Certification:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or in a similar discipline.
• High School Diploma with relevant work experience will also be considered.

Management Responsibilities:

• Manage of team of 8-12 individuals to route and load trucks for multiple direct to consumer and retail customers.
• Assist in the maintenance and reporting of the On-Time shipping metrics for all customers.
• Train and mentor the shipping teams and support onboarding of any new personnel.

$70,000.00-100,000.00 DOE

Monday-Friday, 7am-5pm or 8am-5pm , plus Saturdays when needed
