Job summary

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• 1+ years of customer service or data entry experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication with attention to detail.
• Flexible/on-call schedule including days, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vessel sailing schedules and coordinate with terminal coordinators to ensure timely collection of required documents.
• Process post-sailing documentation by reviewing load lists, entering and rating BOLs, and verifying terms for billing accuracy and compliance.
• Create bills of lading (BOLs) and manifests; ensure accuracy and communicate changes to customers.
• Deliver final bills of lading (BOLs) to customers after vessel departure.
• Distribute Arrival Notices and all required import/export docs to receivers, brokers, terminals, port authorities, stevedores, and port offices.
