Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. is seeking a Shipping Clerk for our Lebanon, IN facility. This temporary role offers potential for direct hire for the right candidate, with a first shift schedule Mon–Thu 4:30 AM–3:00 PM and overtime as needed.

The ideal candidate has shipping or logistics experience, can navigate paperwork and drivers, and may be bilingual in English/Spanish. Proficiency in MS Office and comfort with inventory software are important.

Qualifications

• Experience in shipping, receiving, warehouse or logistics.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Able to learn different shipping and inventory software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare shipping paperwork and documents for outgoing orders.
• Process shipments and enter information into the inventory system.
• Print and distribute pick tickets; update records for accuracy.
• Coordinate pickups with LTL carriers and schedule trucks.
