Pro Resources Inc. in Lebanon, IN, seeks a Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a temporary role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with overtime as needed. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system while collaborating with warehouse and supply chain teams.

English/Spanish bilingual required; attention to detail and data-entry skills are essential to ensure inventory accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
• Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
• Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping.
• Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
• Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy.
• Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports.

Responsibilities

• Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits
