Job summary

Pro Resources Inc. in Lebanon, IN, seeks a Bilingual Inventory Cycle Clerk for a temporary role on 1st shift (Mon-Fri, 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM) with overtime as needed. You will perform cycle counts, audits, and maintain accurate records in the warehouse management system while collaborating with warehouse and supply chain teams.

English/Spanish bilingual required; attention to detail and data-entry skills are essential to ensure inventory accuracy.

Qualifications

Bilingual English and Spanish required.
Inventory, warehouse, or cycle counting experience preferred.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Basic computer and data entry skills; ability to use a warehouse management system.

Responsibilities

Perform cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
Maintain accurate inventory records within the warehouse management system.
Track inventory throughout receiving, storage, and shipping.
Assist with inventory audits and ensure compliance with company procedures.
Work closely with warehouse and supply chain teams to improve inventory accuracy.
Analyze inventory trends and identify opportunities for process improvements.
Maintain organized inventory documentation and reports.
