Accurate Personnel LLC in Brownsburg, IN is hiring a Bilingual General Labor Associate to support warehouse operations. You will assist with packing, sorting, labeling, picking, and preparing products for shipment in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish communication, with a standard schedule of 8:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday through Friday. Compensation starts at $15/hour and includes a $100 sign-on bonus, with medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 35 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and good attendance.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities
