Job summary

Pro Resources Staffing Services is seeking a Shipping Clerk for 1st shift in Anderson, Indiana. You will manage shipping procedures, prepare export documents, arrange transportation, and generate bills of lading for international shipments.

This position requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to lift 50 lbs, and the stamina to stand or sit for long periods near loud machinery. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a focus on accurate records and safe, compliant operations.

Qualifications

• Sit or stand for an extended period of time.
• Work around loud machinery.
• Ability to perform repetitive motions.

Responsibilities

• Manage shipping procedures, authorized carriers, packing lists, shipment markings and packaging.
• Prepare export documents required for international shipments.
• Arrange transportation to meet customer requirements.
• Generate Bills of Lading and process daily shipping documents.
• Track and trace package shipments and prepare packaging for international orders.
• Classify and obtain country of origin for dutiable shipments and resolve shipping issues.
• Maintain accurate records of all shipping paperwork and communicate with plant personnel and customers.
