Responsibilities

• Meet federal and state guidelines applicable to the position.
• Supervise shift schedules and staff assignments.
• Monitor documentation by zone supervisors for accuracy and policy compliance.
• Assist orientation of new children and staff.
• Contribute to treatment plan development as appropriate.
• Apply positive child management techniques including de-escalation.
• Plan and supervise activities per daily schedule.
• Maintain campus security and radio protocols.
• Be a positive role model for the service population.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Implement safety protocols including emergency evacuation.
