Responsabilités

• Meet federal and state regulatory guidelines applicable to this position.
• Report all serious incidents and daily activities to the Shelter Manager.
• Assist with shift schedules and staff assignments to ensure safety of residents and coworkers.
• Monitor and delegate daily facility operations tasks during the shift.
• Identify and report routine maintenance needs to the Shelter Manager.
• Schedule and coordinate air and ground transportation for residents when needed.
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
