Job summary

Ektello seeks a Financial Analyst (Korean/English bilingual) to support month-end closing, forecasting, and KPI tracking in Plano, TX. This 12-month onsite contract involves close collaboration with senior management.

You will prepare and analyze P&L data, consolidate regional results, and present findings to leadership, ensuring accurate expense allocations and robust financial reporting.

Qualifications

• Korean or English bilingual is required with fluency in both languages.
• 1–2 years of professional experience in accounting or finance.
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial field; flexible with major if experience is strong.
• Advanced Excel skills with heavy use of VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables; SAP experience is a plus.
• Data mining and analysis experience is a must and ability to produce ad hoc reports.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly Profit and Loss data for CE division and consolidate SEA P&L data for leadership meetings.
• Analyze actual operating results at Month-end, Quarter-end, and year-end and compare to forecasts; present findings to upper management.
• Prepare various financial and operational monthly reports and communicate with expense requestors for posting accuracy.
• Track CE division KPI data for monthly leadership reports.
• Allocate expenses to each business area by sales-related call volume and reclassify GL data for budget management.
• Allocate budget to cost centers and GL after expense approval.
• Follow up on asset modifications such as Inventory Scrap, Refurbishment, and FO C orders.
• Assist with finance inquiries and establish guidelines for CE budget, expenses, and travel policies.
• Prepare Executive Reports to aid Division leadership decisions.
• Make manual journal entries for G/L allocations and budget adjustments monthly.
