Job summary

Chicanos Por La Causa, Inc. (CPLC) is seeking a dedicated team member to deliver programs and social services to older adults in our Phoenix area. You will plan and facilitate wellness activities, track attendance, and collaborate with community partners to expand health resources.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, organized, and capable of building relationships with participants and staff while maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• College degree in a related field preferred.
• Two years of experience planning activities that demonstrates the ability to work effectively with older adults preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish-English skills required.
• Valid Arizona driver's license and reliable vehicle for use in the performance of job duties.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct delivery of programs, activities, and social services to older adults.
• Coordinate, promote, schedule, and facilitate engaging activities, classes, and wellness programs.
• Maintain accurate participant and activity records, prepare monthly calendars, and coordinate event logistics.
• Support other areas within Center-Based Services as needed.
