Job summary

Enterprise Electrical, a fast-growing commercial electrical contractor, seeks a Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for field, office, and leadership roles across multiple states. You will partner with hiring managers, field leadership, and HR to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 7+ years of full-cycle recruiting in construction or industrial settings; bilingual English/Spanish preferred; SHRM-CP or PHR certifications a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field, or equivalent recruiting experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic recruiting partner for hiring managers, field leadership, and department heads.
• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer coordination, and onboarding support.
• Recruit for Journeymen, Apprentices, Foremen, Project Managers, Estimators, Superintendents, and corporate roles.
• Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate skills, culture fit, availability, and project needs.
• Develop and maintain proactive talent pipelines for recurring and hard-to-fill positions.
