CPM Builders N.A., LLC in Doral, FL is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead high-end commercial retail construction projects from pre-construction through closeout.

The role requires bilingual English/Spanish, 5+ years of PM experience in commercial construction, strong knowledge of schedules, budgets, and subcontractors, and the ability to read architectural/MEP drawings. Travel as needed; on-site leadership with a focus on quality, safety, and on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering or related field.
• 5+ years in commercial construction project management.
• Experience with high-end or luxury retail projects.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Ability to read architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction PM software.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Oversee commercial retail projects from pre-construction to closeout.
• Manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and overall performance.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, vendors, and field personnel.
• Lead project teams ensuring quality and safety standards.
• Review drawings, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.
• Monitor costs, procurement, and subcontractor performance.
• Identify risks and implement solutions.
• Ensure on-time delivery within budget and to client expectations.
• Travel to project locations as needed.
