Holman is a family-owned, global automotive services organization seeking a payroll professional to manage end-to-end payroll for multiple companies using Workday. You will improve processes, support administrators, and ensure accurate reconciliations and timely transmissions.

The role requires a four-year degree with payroll experience, two or more years of processing, and bilingual English/Spanish abilities.

Qualifications

• Four year college degree with payroll experience.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Two+ years of payroll processing.
• Bilingual English/Spanish

Responsibilities

• Complete payroll for multiple companies and drive process improvements.
• Assist administrators and analysts in payroll processing.
• Coordinate monthly account reconciliations.
• Ensure timely receipt of EIBs and time submissions.
• Transmit payroll timely and verify submissions.
• Troubleshoot processing issues and respond to tax notices.
• Utilize Workday for end-to-end payroll processes.
• Verify employee time approvals and load templates.
• Analyze payroll for accuracy and reconcile deductions.
• Collaborate with third-party providers on tax issues.
• Process 401(k) funding and periodic reconciliations.
• Handle off-cycle payments and payroll entries.
• Prepare ad hoc reports and audit payroll taxes.
• Manage workers’ compensation audits for pay groups.
• Handle garnishments and provide partner service.
