Holman is seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll for multiple companies using Workday, ensuring accuracy and timely processing while improving efficiency.
The role supports administrators and analysts in payroll processing, with emphasis on reconciliations, tax notices, 401(k) funding, and ad hoc reporting. A four-year degree and 2+ years of payroll experience are required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Complete all facets of payroll for multiple companies along with creating process improvements, leveraging technology for efficiency gains and continuously enhancing the payroll process. Responsible for assisting administrators and business analysts in the processing of payroll. Coordinate the timely preparation of monthly account reconciliations. Ensuring the timely receiving of EIB’s and time submission. Coordinate the final transmission of payroll. Verifying the acceptance and processing of payroll file submissions. Trouble shooting of processing issues. Timely resolution of tax notices and audits. Utilizing Workday to run all end to end payroll process. Follow up with managers/supervisors to ensure all employee time has been approved. Loading and verifying the accuracy of all templates received from financial operators. Analyze payroll for accuracy before submitting for payment. Calculation of productive and sales based pay. Reconciliation of all payroll related deductions. Working with 3rd party provider to correct any tax issues that may arise. Fund all 401K and perform periodic reconciliations. Complete off cycle bonus and non-traditional payment runs for assigned pay group as required. Process all payroll related GL entries and adjustments. Adhoc reporting and periodic audit of taxes. Annual workers compensation audit for assigned pay group. Interrupting and loading garnishments. Providing exceptional customer service to our business partners. Other payroll/accounting duties as assigned
Four year college degree with relevant payroll experience. Workday experience preferred Two + years of payroll processing. Familiarity with basic accounting and financial reporting. Bilingual - English/Spanish #LI-CD1
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $72,950.00 - $103,955.00 USD annually for full time employees. The annual compensation range is comprised of base pay earnings.
