Job summary

Addison Group is seeking a Bilingual HR Generalist for our Bartlett, IL location. This on-site role supports employee relations, benefits, compliance, and HR operations across a large manufacturing workforce.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in HR, fluent Spanish, and experience in a plant environment. Direct hire, with comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits and 401(k). Work with plant leadership on HR initiatives and staffing plans.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience supporting an organization with 1,000+ employees preferred.
• Fluent Spanish proficiency required, both written and verbal.
• Manufacturing/plant HR experience required.
• Strong employee relations experience, investigations, and policy interpretation.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws.
• Ability to balance hands-on HR with strategic advisory work.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR guidance to employees and managers across multiple locations.
• Manage employee relations matters including investigations and conflict resolution.
• Advise managers on consistent application of HR policies and practices.
• Administer and support benefits programs and open enrollment activities.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting and workforce planning.
• Maintain accurate confidential HR records and HRIS data.
• Prepare HR reports and provide data-driven insights to leadership.
• Support compliance audits and regulatory reviews.
