Turner & Townsend Heery is seeking an experienced Senior Cost Manager and/or Quantity Surveyor to serve as the key client interface, delivering value-added cost management throughout the construction lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team, promoting Turner & Townsend Heery's purpose and values in client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or related field.
• 5–7 years in cost management or quantity surveying on construction projects.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• Experience with value engineering and cost controls.
• Excellent communication skills and client-facing experience.

Responsibilities

• Estimate and negotiate changes throughout the construction lifecycle.
• Prepare and present cost plans and updates.
• Collaborate with design teams and general contractors on estimates.
• Lead cost management, controls, and post-contract variances.
• Develop funding data and coordinate value engineering sessions.
• Mentor junior staff and drive best-practice processes.
