Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist our clients face-to-face, providing friendly and personalized customer service
• Build strong relationships with our clients
• Assist clients with questions, customer service needs and Medicare coverage issues
• Follow through to make sure our clients’ questions and issues are fully resolved
• Communicate with health plans, providers and our internal team
• Maintain accurate client information and notes
• Assist clients by phone when needed
• Receive additional training to assist clients with Medicare enrollments as you gain experience
