Ivonne Welch Medicare Plans seeks a Bilingual Medicare Field Sales Agent in Fresno, CA. This permanent, in-person role offers leads with no cold calling and a compensation range of $48,000–$72,000 per year.

You will motivate clients, explain Medicare options, and work to meet sales goals as part of a performance-driven team. A Health & Accident Insurance license is preferred or can be obtained with our assistance.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish; able to communicate effectively on the phone.
• Motivated and performance driven to meet sales goals.
• Honest, ethical, and have strong integrity.
• Licensed Health & Accident Insurance agent (or willing to obtain license with our assistance).

Responsibilities

• Respond to leads and meet or exceed sales goals.
• Explain Medicare options and help seniors choose plans.
• Work in person in Fresno with provided leads.
