Ivonne Welch Insurance Agency is seeking a highly motivated, bilingual Receptionist – Member Services to join our team. This full-time role serves our Spanish-speaking Medicare-age clients and families, handling a high volume of inbound calls and routing to the correct teams.

The ideal candidate learns quickly, is a critical thinker, and can handle multiple moving parts with strong problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of telephonic receptionist, call center, customer service, or similar experience.
• Strong spoken and written English and Spanish skills.
• Demonstrated ability to prioritize, organize, and multitask in a high-volume environment.
• Professional and pleasant phone presence with rapport-building ability.

Responsibilities

• Answer a high volume of inbound calls with a calm, professional demeanor.
• Identify why a member is calling and determine the next action.
• Assist members with basic questions while learning systems and processes over time.
• Escalate issues when appropriate and document outcomes.
• Document calls and follow-up activities in the CRM.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely, appropriate assistance.
