We are looking for a Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Fresno.

This is a primarily in-person position focused on providing exceptional customer service, building relationships and helping seniors with their Medicare needs. You’ll work directly with our clients to answer questions, help resolve issues and make sure they receive the personal attention they deserve.

Full-Time, Part-Time & Flexible Scheduling

A traditional full-time daytime schedule is available for candidates looking for standard business hours.

We are also open to part-time and flexible schedules, including schedules during normal business hours. Depending on the position and our business needs, early‑morning and evening schedules may also be available.

What You’ll Do

• No Medicare experience is required. We will train the right person.

Compensation

$25–$32 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
