Job summary

IFDS is seeking a Senior Business Analyst (Bilingual Spanish/English) to lead medium-sized client onboarding initiatives. You will perform due diligence, define target operating models, and document business requirements, communicating across English- and Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

This role requires at least three years of experience, a university degree, and strong capabilities in stakeholder management, process mapping, and project delivery in a hybrid Toronto setting.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish required with strong written and verbal communication.
• Three or more years of relevant industry experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead business analysis for medium-sized client onboarding initiatives.
• Conduct due diligence and define target operating models for new clients.
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements in English and Spanish.
